Catered options
The emphasis on our summer weekends is delicious fresh produce, mainly from France or locally to the valley with the emphasis on healthy eating. Our weekends include a Continental breakfast left out for you each morning with fresh coffee, tisanes and tea selection. This includes fresh baguettes and croissant, delicious local preserves and honey, yoghurts, cereals or Birchers museli, and fruit (a selection) or poached berries with fromage blanc. Free-range eggs are left out for you to help yourself!
Lunch is usually eaten out

Typical Dinner menu
- Warm Roquefort cheesecake with mixed leaves
- Asian glass noodle salad with prawns or tofu (V), shreddded veg and spicy seeds
- Classic goats cheese salad with fig preserve
* - Grilled vegetable stack with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil presto
- Local lake trout on a pea puree with a beetroot dressing
- Free range chicken, mango salsa, courgette fritter
* - Grilled peaches with vanilla ice and caramelised almonds
- Tarte au citron
- Oaty berry/apple crumble with creme fraiche
Typical Lunch menu (Optional)
- Home-made Gaspacho soup and a deli selection with rye bread
- Salad Nicoise with fresh seared tuna, green beans and a free-range poached egg
- Chargrilled chicken breast with Mediterranean vegetable and quinoa salad.
